Production Manager - Full Time in Cement manufacturing plant and its sites.
The job holder will be responsible for leading and driving the cement production processes in a safe and compliant operation of the cement plant’s equipment required for clinker and cement manufacturing while maintaining high quality product and minimum cost.
The job holder will lead a team of over 50 people, with competencies within the team in the fields of cement manufacturing process, refractory, production and automation with a primary focus on the individual and collective performance.
The incumbent has to ensure the preparation of cement production plans & budget, suggest production processes and supervise their implementation according to standard operating procedures and best practices in terms of cost, reliability, performance and compliance, contribute in the selection of kiln refractory, bricks and mill steal balls to reach the optimum performance and cost.
